Location
The Cabana, located on Ilha do Guajiru, is just a 3-minute walk from the spot. It offers a quiet setting, surrounded by palm trees and untouched nature. No noise, no bustle here: just the wind, the water and the sky.
The village's restaurants and hotels are in Ilha do Guajiru centre, a 15-minute walk away. The supermarket is in Itarema, a 10-minute drive away.

From June to January the thermal trade wind picks up almost every day and blows steadily across the lagoon. It is that reliability that built the spot's reputation: you pump your kite in the morning knowing you can ride all day long.

What is included?
Breakfast and daily cleaning. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, a terrace, a barbecue, fibre internet and free parking.
How far is the spot?
The lagoon is a 3-minute walk away, with direct access to both the lagoon and the ocean. A dedicated room is available to store your kite gear.
Is the spot suitable for beginners?
Yes. The lagoon is shallow and wave-free, ideal to learn or progress, while the ocean right behind it suits advanced riders and pros.
When is the best time to come?
From June to January the wind blows steadily between 18 and 25 knots, giving more than 200 riding days a year.
Can we rent gear or take lessons on site?
Yes. You can rent equipment from several brands in the local kite schools. They all offer both private and group lessons too — in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Most of them also run downwinders. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll recommend the schools we usually work with.
How do I get to the Cabana?
It takes 3 hours driving from Fortaleza. You can rent a car, or take a transfer.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, a single night is enough.
What time can we arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 11am at the latest. Arriving earlier or leaving later is possible subject to availability, with our prior agreement and, where applicable, an extra charge.
How does booking work?
You send your request from this site, stating the number of rooms and your dates. We reply personally to confirm availability, give you the booking instructions and answer all your questions. No online payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pix, PayPal and bank transfers. No payment is taken on the site: we agree the details by email once your request is confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 15 days before arrival: full refund. Between 14 and 7 days: 50% of the total. Less than 7 days, no-show or early departure: no refund. The full terms are in our booking conditions.
